  But maybe you could a little more in the way of content
  so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only

  When I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify
  me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I get
  4 emails with the exact same comment. Is there an easy method you can remove me from that service?
